Destination St. George’s specializes in advertising, promotional events and cultural activities to enhance the visitor experience in St. George’s, Bermuda. Our goal is ensure people take the time to explore the East End, the island’s most historic area and (yes we are biased!) the BEST part of Bermuda!
Who Are We
Destination St. George’s is owned by Phillip Anderson, Kristin White, and Faith Bridges. Phillip, Kristin and Faith all work full time in St. George’s and are super passionate and knowledgeable about the East End.
Philip became the manager of the St. George’s Visitor Information Centre in 2012, and recognizing the need, developed a website. In 2016, Kristin White and Faith Bridges were appointed as the Cultural Tourism Managers for Hub 1 (St. George’s and St. David’s) via a consulting contract with the Bermuda Tourism Authority. The Cultural Tourism Plan for Hub 1 highlighted the need for a cohesive marketing strategy, including an updated website.
And thus – a partnership was born!
Building on the foundation of the website created by Philip, the team has added a new design and content, integrated social media, coordinated the brand with print media and worked with businesses to secure advertising sales. The result is a vibrant and dynamic multi-dimensional campaign that reaches visitors and residents, and encourages everyone to come visit Bermuda’s East End.
